days to dispatch from the warehouse. Please note that once we ship your order, we

product defects, both hardware and software, during the warranty period. This
includes significant differences in products from what was originally ordered at the
time of delivery. During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and
replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer,
family members, friends, or any other external person or impact. This includes (and
is not exhaustive of) damage of the device caused by force, water, or any external

In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may
return your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive the full
refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In
the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right
to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows us to protect our
devices and customers from others who misuse and abuse our return policy. Device
